Sean Doyle Painting Contractors are proud to have been selected for the prestigious Marsh Wall project, a technically challenging development situated on a tight, split-level triangular site. Rising 48 storeys, this landmark structure will provide 1,068 student beds, over 2,500m² of amenity space, and a stunning roof garden with panoramic views over the Thames and Canary Wharf skyline.
Working alongside Tide, the developer and main contractor, and EPR Architects, the award-winning design practice, Sean Doyle Painting delivered high-quality painting and decorating services throughout the project. Our expertise was applied to 334 apartments and various communal areas, including private, rented, and shared ownership spaces within this iconic tower.
Our team was responsible for meticulously applying finishes to the building’s intricate design elements. This includes the flawless treatment of the horizontal and vertical features of the façade, such as the light-bronze aluminium bands and the undulating white glazed-terracotta infill. The building’s exceptional architectural quality is further enhanced by our attention to detail, ensuring a refined finish throughout the development.
As a trusted partner in delivering top-tier painting and decorating services, Sean Doyle Painting Contractors played an integral role in bringing this high-specification student accommodation project to life, showcasing the ability to blend technical precision with aesthetic excellence in a truly striking urban development.
At 156m, Marsh Wall will be the tallest student living building in the world when it completes.
