This development features 79 affordable residential units, flexible commercial spaces, parking facilities, and landscaped areas, addressing the need for affordable housing in the Purley Oaks area of southeast London.

Our team was responsible for the painting and decorating across all 79 residential units, ensuring a high standard of finish throughout. The development includes 66 shared ownership apartments and 13 affordable rent units, each benefiting from our meticulous approach and attention to detail.

Completed in 2024, the Purley Oaks development is designed to provide modern, sustainable homes for the local community.
