The Castletreasure development, located in Douglas, Co Cork, is a major residential project by Cairn Homes, designed to offer modern and sustainable living spaces. Spanning across 472 residential units, the development includes a mix of apartments and houses, complemented by a crèche, play areas, and a range of amenities. The site was developed with a strong emphasis on environmental sensitivity, considering the challenges of the location and its impact on the surrounding area.

Sean Doyle Painting Contractors played a crucial role in the success of Castletreasure, particularly during Phase 2 of the project. The team provided premium painting services for 100 residential units across Blocks 1, 5, and 6. Block 1 consisted of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, while Blocks 5 and 6 contained duplex units. In addition to Phase 2, Sean Doyle Painting Contractors also assisted with redecoration efforts in Phase 1.

The scope of the painting works included a variety of high-quality finishes. For the interiors, Crown vinyl matt was applied to walls and ceilings, while Crown Satinwood was used for woodwork. On the external areas, Dulux Metalshield was applied to the balconies to ensure durability and protection. For the exterior walls of Block 5, Ceresit CT48 render was used, and the exterior plinths were treated with Sandtex Smooth Masonry for a polished and long-lasting finish.
