Sean Doyle Painting Contractors played a crucial role in delivering high-end painting and decorating services for the Claremont residential development, a landmark project by Walls Construction. Located between Howth Road and Claremont Strand, this new development boasts 512 apartments, a 240 sqm creche, and over 2,600 sqm (28,000 sq ft) of retail space. The development offers stunning views overlooking Deer Park and the Irish Sea.

Our team was responsible for providing premium painting and decorating services to 278 of the apartments within this striking development. These apartments, comprising a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, are spread across two blocks (A and D), each with 8 floors. Additionally, we completed painting works in the retail and gym spaces located on the ground level of both blocks. Our work also extended to the basement areas, covering both single-level and two-level basement spaces, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout the entire development.

With its modern design and proximity to the scenic Howth coastline, Claremont promises to offer a blend of luxury living and convenience.
