Seán Doyle Painting Contractors will provide full painting and decorating services for this new riverfront 16-storey high-end Ballymore Oxley residential development in the heart of the Royal Docks, East London where the River Thames meets Lyle Park. Riverscape is located adjacent to the 40-acre Royal Wharf project completed by Seán Doyle Painting Contractors in 2020.

With a total of 561 private residential homes, 207 affordable homes, 12 sq m of commercial space with a sky lounge located on the top floor of the river-fronting building, this project includes a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with open plan layouts designed for modern flexible living with enclosed balconies or day rooms and panoramic picture windows.

The architecture, designed by Glenn Howells Architects, will set a new standard for sophisticated urban living, giving Riverscape its own distinct identity. Riverscape’s interiors are inspired by artisanal details echoing the local heritage with reeded glass, crafted joinery, and brushed brassware, designed by Jaki Amos, of renowned London design studio Amos & Amos.
