Sean Doyle Painting Contractors are proud to have been involved in the prestigious Fibonacci Square project, contributing to all painting and decorating works for this landmark development. Located on the site of the former AIB Bank Centre in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Fibonacci Square consists of two state-of-the-art, six-storey office buildings, constructed over three levels of basement. The buildings are set amidst parklands, surrounded by a tree-lined perimeter, and are connected by a striking glass bridge with a sunken garden plaza at its centre, creating a stunning and collaborative work environment.
The office space spans an impressive 386,814 sq. ft, with 164 car spaces and 700 bicycle bays, reflecting the development’s commitment to both modern convenience and sustainability. Each building was meticulously designed to foster collaboration and built to the highest international sustainability standards. Fibonacci Square has achieved LEED Platinum certification and an A3 BER rating, establishing it as one of the most sustainable workspaces in Europe.
As the second-largest pre-let office building in Ireland, Fibonacci Square will serve as Meta’s new EMEA HQ and the second largest Meta campus globally, accommodating over 2,000 employees as part of a wider 14-acre campus set to house more than 8,000 professionals. The site is centrally located on Merrion Road, directly opposite the RDS, making it one of Dublin’s most sought-after business addresses.
Sean Doyle Painting Contractors were entrusted with delivering the highest standard of painting and decorating across both buildings, ensuring that the interiors and common areas matched the development’s innovative design and cutting-edge facilities. Our work contributed to making Fibonacci Square not just a workplace, but a sustainable, dynamic, and world-class environment for Meta’s workforce.
