The Glass Bottle Phase I development consists of three blocks of primarily residential properties, with commercial units at ground level, situated on the Irish Glass Bottle (IGB) site. This phase includes 566 apartments and four townhouses across two of the blocks: Block K, with 213 apartments; Block M, with 177 apartments and four townhouses; and Block O, with 176 apartments.
Sean Doyle Painting Contractors continue to deliver high-end painting and decorating services throughout the development. Our team has provided a premium finish across all apartments, as well as in the communal areas, hallways, and amenities, ensuring each space aligns with the exceptional standards of the project. This includes both private and affordable housing units, as Glass Bottle’s vision incorporates approximately 10% of homes as social housing and an additional 15% as affordable housing, ensuring a diverse and inclusive community.
Once fully completed, Glass Bottle will offer around 3,800 new homes, along with over 90,000 sq.m of commercial office and enterprise space. This includes life sciences, media, and hotel accommodations, further enhancing the development’s dynamic, mixed-use nature. The project is set to create a thriving hub that will contribute significantly to the local community, offering top-tier facilities and sustainable living spaces.
