Project info:
John Paul Construction were appointed as the main contractor for the €69m redevelopment of the Iconic Miesian Plaza, 50-58 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin, formerly the Bank of Ireland headquarters. This major re-development involved the removal and refurbishment of the existing protected bronze façade, a new extension to Block A, remodeling of existing cores throughout and a full replacement of all office fit-out finishes, mechanical, electrical and lift installations.
The Miesien-Plaze building has been developed with the highest level environmental LEED accreditation & delivers over 200,000 sq.ft. of highest specification office space. For us the project involved the application of high-end LEED compliant paint finishes as well as the instillation of smart wall whiteboard paint and the upgrade works to the existing car park.
We were contracted to carry out all painting and decoration services along with subsequent fit-out decorations including BOI offices. We are delighted to play such a big role in the development of this prestigious, premier office complex in Dublin’s core business district.
