This John SISK and Son’s regeneration project of St John’s Hill into Burridge Gardens involves replacing the original 351 homes with 658 new homes with balconies or gardens, as well as a new community centre, commercial space and an extra care scheme. The blocks will also be more energy-efficient with solar panels and a district heating system. The new homes are designed in an Edwardian style to fit in with the surrounding area.
Sean Doyle Painting Contractors played a crucial role in the second phase of the St John’s Hill regeneration project, transforming 198 apartments and the new community centre as part of the Burridge Gardens development. Working alongside John Sisk & Son Ltd, Sean Doyle’s team provided high-end painting services to bring a sophisticated finish to both the residential units and the community space.
The apartments, designed with modern features and energy-efficient enhancements, were complemented by premium interior finishes, including expertly applied paints that reflect the quality and attention to detail of the overall development. The new community centre, set to be a hub of activity for residents, also benefited from Sean Doyle’s craftsmanship, with pristine paintwork adding to the welcoming and vibrant atmosphere of the space.
Their work not only contributes to the aesthetic appeal of the development but also aligns with the broader goal of creating a sustainable and high-quality living environment at Burridge Gardens.
